BikeTrack Support

Track indoor rides, runs, and walks on Apple Watch. BikeTrack connects to compatible Bluetooth equipment and saves authorized workout measurements to Apple Health.

Get started

  1. Install BikeTrack on an Apple Watch running watchOS 11 or later.
  2. Wake your equipment, select Connect equipment, and choose it from the list.
  3. Choose your workout type, then start and grant the Health permissions you want to use.
  4. Swipe right during a workout for pause, resume, end, and discard. Swipe left for charts and connection details.

Equipment and missing metrics

BikeTrack supports standard Bluetooth FTMS Indoor Bike and Treadmill Data, Cycling Power, and Cycling Speed & Cadence. Equipment must broadcast compatible services; individual brands and models are not guaranteed. Unavailable or stale measurements appear as a dash. BikeTrack does not control resistance or support ANT+.

If equipment does not appear, wake it, move closer, check Bluetooth permissions, and disconnect other fitness apps. Some machines allow only one Bluetooth connection.

Heart rate, training zones, and saving

Wear your Watch snugly and allow heart-rate access for live readings. Zones work right away using typical defaults (190 bpm max heart rate, 200 W FTP). For accuracy, enter your own measured values in Training zones, or open Heart rate zones or Power zones to adjust where each zone starts. Changes apply to your next workout. BikeTrack is a fitness tracker and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Use End and Save to send a workout to Apple Health. If saving fails, keep the app available and use Retry. Apple controls synchronization to your other devices.

Try it without equipment

Select Try demo ride on the home screen. Demo readings are simulated and never write to Apple Health or workout history.
